Meet Our Founder

Jenna has been working in the field of behavior analysis for 10 years. Before becoming a BCBA she taught in the public school setting and was the director of a childcare center. Over the past 2 years she has been gaining experience as an organizational behavior specialist.

Jenna’s background gives her a unique perspective on special education and behavior skills training. She recognized families with children who have autism, emotional disorders, and behavioral issues needed more specific support to reach their full potential and success.

She has helped create behavioral interventions and skills training for organizations with over 300 employees, as well as small business’ set attainable goals, motivate their employees, and work more efficiently.
